Software maintenance is optional unless otherwise disclosed. Upgrades are generally available for free for the first 12 months, or where in our opinion there is a major issue that we need to resolve for free. Where software maintenance is not paid, upgrades will cease after the twelve months, and a payment will be needed to upgrade. Upgrades will generally be 50% of the purchase price.

In no circumstance is any title transferred until full payment has been received. We maintain ownership until payment has been received.

The pricing on this site are indicative only, and should not be considered an offer to sell the software. We make no warranties about the software or hardware being fit for purpose. In no case shall we be held liable for any damages arising from the use, or inability to use the system.

Our staff will require business class seating on any airline journey of three hours or more.
