InLocality VMware Virtual Appliance

The ideal way to install InLocality software in your own Computer Room is as a Virtual Appliance. We will supply a VMware Image of the InLocality software already set up for you on your choice of server operating systems. You then just need to add this Virtual Machine to your VMware Server, set any IP addresses and change passwords and you are ready to go. Perfect for our Indoor Tracking products.

The VMware Images are generally built for VMware ESXi, but should operate with just about any VMware products. The cool thing about ESXi is that it is free from VMware.

The InLocality solution requires SQLserver 2005 or 2008, and IIS in order to operate. The Database will stay fairly small, particularly with regular administration, making this suitable for the free SQLserver Compact Edition software.

InLocality is presently reviewing our pricing structure to better serve our clients. We hope to have this completed shortly. In the meantime please contact us with requests for provisional pricing.

We intend to supply the software in one of two ways. The cheaper up front option is for us to host the software for you, and you connect to our servers over the Internet. This provides a cheaper option for most companies as you do not need additional IT infrastructure.

Alternately you may purchase a server license in which case you run the software on your own servers.

Whilst we are happy to provide pre-sales support, we do ask that you ultimately purchase through one of our resellers. We know that this can make purchasing the product harder, but we do this to ensure that we are not trying to compete with our resellers.
