InLocality In/Out Board

The InLocality In/Out Board is a way of electronically indicating who is in the office and who is not. Placed by the reception desk, it is a great way to not only let the Office Manager know who is in the office when phone calls come in, but it can also be used as a piece of modern artwork.

The In/Out board connects to the InLocality Server and determines where people are presently located. It can operate in a number of ways, listing people in the office, the location of people, or if people are out of the office. You do not need to list all people in the office on this list either - it is up to you. It just uses the Indoor Tracking information from the InLocality servers.

There are times when people want to be 'hidden' so that they do not want a visitor to know they are in the office. In these circumstances an authorised person can quickly log in and change their location in the background for as long as is needed.

Custom background graphics can be used with the software, and the background can change periodically too.
