InLocality Blue - WhoNearMe
InLocality WhoNearMe can best be described as a Instant Messenger type application. But rather than being able to talk to friends and workmates, you can actually see where they are. You can see what part of a building they are in, or alternately, when they are near a certain location.
An example of the use might be when you are looking for a member of the IT support team in a large organisation. WhoNearMe would tell you instantly. Alternately you might be interested in monitoring the use of a break room or shop floor. WhoNearMe will show in real time who is in that area.
